惠譽-台北/香港/新加坡-2006年 10月27日：惠譽國際信用評等公司今日確認並同時撤除對中華銀行、環華證券金融公司、以及和通證券公司所為之信用評等。所有公司評等結果如下：中華銀行個別評等‘E’，支援評等‘4’。環華證券金融公司：長期發行人違約評等為‘BB-’，評等展望為穩定， 國內長期評等為‘BB+(twn)’，短期外幣評等為‘B’，國內短期評等為‘B(twn)’，個別評等為 ‘D’，支援評等為‘5’。和通證券：長期發行人違約評等‘BB-’，短期外幣評等為‘B’，國內長期評等為‘BBB(twn)’，國內短期評等為’F3(twn)’，個別評等為‘D’，支援評等為‘3’。和通證券已於2005年10月為台証證券公司收購。
惠譽信評將不再提供對中華銀行、環華證券金融公司、以及和通證券公司信評分析。
