惠譽-台北/香港/新加坡2008年9月22日 - 惠譽於今日暫時維持由臺灣土地銀行股份有限公司發行之台新銀行第四次債券資產特殊目的信託受益證券於F2(twn)評等並維持其負向觀察。
此特殊目的信託乃於2005年成立並透過資產擔保商業本票的方式發行新台幣計價的商業本票，所籌到的資金用於購買信託資產池內的新台幣及美金資產。美金資產為Beryl Finance Series 2005-14 (Beryl) 。
Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc於2008年9月15日宣告破產保護，惠譽目前仍維持Beryl之評等於負向觀察，詳情請參閱於惠譽全球網站公佈的相關新聞稿: 標題“Fitch: Implications of Lehman Bankruptcy on Global Synthetic CDOs”，公佈於2008年9月18日。
依據交易文件，若該特殊目的信託無法全額償付應支付予換匯或利率交換之交割款，或有任何標的債券發生違約情事時，將觸發終止受益證券循環發行事件，受益證券循環發行事件之觸發可能將使得即將到期的短期受益證券無法完全受到償還。惠譽將持續地審視其個別資產的信用風險並反應其個別受益證券評等。
