惠譽-巴黎/新加坡-2009年3月2日：惠譽正式宣布Evan Hale出任惠譽董事總經理，亞太區主管一職。
加入惠譽之前，Evan Hale 任職於富達基金 (Fidelity)。自一九九五年起，先後於加拿大、英國、印度、韓國和香港工作。在此之前 Evan Hale 曾任職於Sears Canada十一年。Evan Hale最近在富達職位是富達香港區及亞洲財富管理發展董事總經理，建立並發展該公司在印度和韓國的業務，隨後並負責在亞洲區國家的大部分業務。
Evan Hale將駐派於香港，主要負責執行惠譽亞太區各分公司的管理。
