惠譽-台北/香港/新加坡-2009年12月21日：惠譽國際信用評等公司今日調升台証證券公司(台証證)的長期外幣發行人違約評等(IDR)，國內長期評等以及個別評等，並同時將評等從2009年11月27日置入的｀評等觀察’名單中移除。惠譽同時撤銷台証證的評等。此評等結果係因凱基證券股份有限公司(凱基證；長期外幣IDR‘BBB’)與台証證的併購案已完成，且台証證於2009年12月19日併入凱基證。完整的評等結果列示於新聞稿下方。
台証證：
- 長期外幣IDR由‘BBB-’調升至‘BBB’，移除正向評等觀察，授予評等展望‘穩定’，撤銷評等；
- 短期外幣IDR確認為‘F3’，撤銷評等；
- 國內長期評等由‘A(twn)’調升至‘A+(twn)’， 移除正向評等觀察，授予評等展望‘穩定’，撤銷評等；
- 國內短期評等確認為‘F1(twn)’， 撤銷評等；
- 個別評等由‘C/D’調升至‘C’， 移除正向評等觀察，撤銷評等；
- 支援評等由‘3’調降至‘5’， 移除負向評等觀察，撤銷評等；
- 授予長期外幣IDR下限｀NF’，撤銷評等。
