惠譽-台北/香港/新加坡-2010年3月12日：惠譽國際信用評等公司今日將犇亞證券股份有限公司(犇亞證)的評等展望由‘負向’調整至‘穩定’。同時，惠譽確認犇亞證的國內長期評等為‘BBB-(twn)’，國內短期評等為‘F3(twn)’，個別評等為‘D/E’，以及支援評等為‘5’。
犇亞證的展望調整反映該公司在2008年面臨淨損後，於2009年由虧轉盈，與隨之好轉的流動性及資本水準。儘管如此，惠譽注意到犇亞證的市場曝險程度高且高度集中，使公司易受可能升高的股票市場波動性所影響。高額的淨損以及/或資本水準的顯著惡化將對犇亞證的評等造成負面影響。
犇亞證在2008年面臨新台幣6.63億元的高額淨損後(佔公司淨值的69%)，受惠於台灣股票市場自2009年3月起強健的回升，帶動該公司自營交易及證券評價獲利，2009年公司自結淨利為新台幣4.23億元(佔公司淨值的30%)。犇亞證的流動性在2009年獲得改善，但與台灣同業相比仍相對偏弱。儘管如此，犇亞證的流動資產足以支應其短期負債。同時，犇亞證的資本適足率自2008年底的182%，顯著上升至2009年底的261%，高於法定要求的最低下限150%。
犇亞證成立於1989年，為台灣的小型券商，在股票經紀市場有0.13%的市佔率。該公司的主要股東包括持有59%股權的陳智亮(及其相關投資)，以及持有34%股權的日興柯迪證券公司。
