惠譽-台北/香港/新加坡-2010年4月30日：惠譽國際信用評等公司今日對遠東國際商業銀行(遠銀)發行之7年期，新台幣20億元之次順位金融債券授予國內長期評等‘A-(twn)’。此次發行之次順位金融債券票面利率為2.98%，並將於2017年5月18日到期。此債券之評等較遠銀目前國內長期評等‘A(twn)’/負向展望 低一個評級，係根據惠譽對金融機構發行次順位金融債券工具之評等準則。
遠銀成立於1992年，為台灣中小型民營銀行之一，2010年2月底存款市佔率達1.2%。關於遠銀信用評等之詳細內容，請參看惠譽於2010年4月13日公佈之評等研究報告。
