惠譽-台北/香港 -2010年6月18日：惠譽國際信用評等公司今日對台中商業銀行(台中銀行)發行的7年期，新台幣9億元之次順位金融債券授予國內長期評等｀A-(twn)’。此次發行之次順位金融債券為浮動票面利率，並將於2017年6月25日到期。此債券之評等較台中銀行目前國內長期評等‘A(twn)’/負向展望 低一個評級，係根據惠譽對金融機構發行次順位金融債券工具之評等準則。
台中銀行成立於1953年，為台灣的小型民營銀行之一。截至2010年4月底，該行存款市佔率為1.2%。關於台中銀行信用評等之詳細內容，請參看惠譽於2009年8月27日公佈之評等研究報告。
